The first lender will offer as follows:

• Loans of £1million to £7.5million
• Loan Term: 1 to 5 years
• Interest Rate: 8% to 10%
• Fees: 2% to 4%
• Security: First ranking debenture
• Purpose of loan: Refinance, Acquisition, Management Buy Outs, Management Buy Ins and Working Capital.
This lender would appear to be willing to lend into your sector and covers the U.K including Northern Ireland.

The Second lender will offer as follows:

• Loans from £4million to £20million
• Loan Term: 5 years and interest only
• Interest Rate: LIBOR + 8%
• Fees: 4%
• Purpose of Loan: As per the first lender
• Criteria:  
•  Sector Agnostic
• Geographically Agnostic including Southern Ireland
• Minimum profit of £1million
• Minimum trading period of 12 months at £1million EBITDA.
